📈 Sales Position (Commission Based)

Do you enjoy cars and working with people?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Knows a little about cars and genuinely likes them
• Likes the look of a Tesla but prefers the sound of a V8
• Enjoys challenges and competition (our team likes to win)
• Understands customer experience matters just as much as the product

At Polished, we do things differently.

We walk every customer through our shop, host quarterly customer dinners, and stay in touch with our clients long after their vehicle leaves.

Your role will be to represent that experience and guide customers through the services we provide.

We also believe in investing in our team. I regularly buy books for the guys to read because we believe in growing personally, not just professionally.

⚠️ If you struggle with being on time, this position will not work for you.

Our team shows up on time, works together, and delivers far more than just a clean or protected car.

💰 Base plus Commission Based — Expected Earnings $50,000 - $60,000
(based on past sales data and projected growth) as mentioned above, your salary is dependent on your sales.

Our current team is 21–33 years old, hardworking, competitive, and passionate about what we do.

🌧️🙏 A moment of doubt crept in…

Yesterday, right before our Customer Appreciation Dinner, a storm rolled in — and I mean storming… felt like a mini hurricane on my way to the shop 😅

In that moment, something my son Asher always says popped into my head:
“A little rain isn’t going to ruin our day.”

But I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous.

These events take a lot of time and coordination…
My friends had just finished cooking a massive meal…
And I was asking people who take pride in their vehicles to come out in the middle of a storm to spend their evening with us.

Then something amazing happened 👇
As the time got closer… people started showing up.
And then more… and more…
Before I knew it — the shop was packed.
I honestly don’t think I can put into words how much that meant to me.

We got to give away some great products 🎁
I was able to share the story of how Polished to Perfection came to be — the good and the bad

And the energy in the room was something special ⚡

We even had a few brave customers jump in and do live testimonials…
(let’s just say a little liquid courage may have helped 😂🥃)

🚨 We quoted this ceramic coating a year ago… but they went somewhere else.

Fast forward to now 👇

The truck came back to us after getting hit with overspray, and needed help fixing the situation.

During our initial inspection, we found something else…

😬 Heavy high spots left behind from the previous ceramic coating
This happens when a coating isn’t properly leveled or removed during installation.

And once it cures like that — it doesn’t just wipe off.
It requires correction to fix it the right way.

This is exactly why our process is so strict 👇

🧼 We use brand new towels right out of the bag for every ceramic coating job
📦 We keep a large inventory so we never cut corners or reuse materials

✅ Multiple checklists throughout the process
👀 2–3 team members inspect every vehicle to catch anything that could be missed

📞 And our final line of defense — we follow up within 48 hours to make sure everything looks perfect from the customer’s perspective

I keep notes on everything that I have to do to grow my business.

😱Last night I looked over and my 5 year old had my book and I panicked a little inside about what happened to my notes.

He proudly told my wife and I that he drew me a picture of a raccoon in it, because he knows they are one of my favorite animals.

This will be one of the most important notes in my book about how I grew my business. ❤️

I will do anything to take care of Bri and the boys, and now I have a reminder about them I can look at daily.
