Just a little reminder….

If you’re getting quotes for a move-out/in cleaning, don’t be surprised if they’re $500+….

A true move-out clean is not the same as a standard cleaning for a lot of different reasons:

It usually includes:
✨ Inside cabinets & drawers
✨ Inside the oven & refrigerator
✨ Baseboards
✨ Doors & trim
✨ Window sills
✨ Bathrooms top to bottom
✨ Detailed kitchen cleaning
✨ Dusting every surface
✨ Vacuuming & mopping

Then there’s everything behind the scenes that comes with running a legitimate business:
•Professional supplies & equipment
•Hours of labor
•Taxes & overhead

A move-out clean done right takes time, and quality work is worth paying for.
