Did it again! Saved these customers lots of money or another cheap fix.

Cheap handy man fix that was doomed the day it was installed, now we have a proper lead caulk joint cast iron fl**ge good for another 60+ years for the same price as most companies service call just to show up at your door.

Previous bad install on the drain, “guessing a handyman” lead to replacing rotted wood, mold remediation, completely new framing, new wet set shower pan and surround, new shower valve and trimmed out, opening a can of worms but turned out great.
