❗️NEW POLICIES ❗️- Effective immediately

As a small, independent cleaning business I have to start implementing some policies to help protect my time and income. Please reveiw my policies below. Thank you SO much for your continuous support and understanding ❤️

🧼 LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: To avoid a cancelation fee, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule your cleaning appointment. All last minute cancelations/reschedules will be charged 50% of their clean at their next cleaning appointment. I do understand unexpected things happen therefore i will waive a first time cancellation/reschedule. If i notice it becoming a reoccurring issue i will no longer take you as a client.

🧼LOCK-OUTS: For clients that are not home, in the event that I show up to a scheduled clean and I cannot get into their home all lock-outs will be charged 50% of their clean plus an additional $25 fee at their next cleaning appointment for the inconvenience. Example of a lock-out: (All Doors are locked, manual key or electronic keypad isn’t working, garage code isn’t working) I will NOT climb through windows to get inside of a home. Yes, I have had someone ask and for safety reasons I will not do that.

🧼 WINTER MONTHS: All driveways, walkways, and porches need to be cleared of snow and ice and salted upon my arrival for me to safely get into the clients home with all of my equipment. If snow/ice is not cleared I will not be able to clean that day resulting in a $50 fee being added on to their next clean.

💬 In the rare occasion that I myself need to cancel a cleaning, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered 3 different options. a rescheduled time slot if available, $15 off your next clean, or offered to be cleaned on a Saturday if im available. Clients choice☺️
