This roof drain was dumping water straight onto the sidewalk! 😳💧

The Kingz came in and upgraded it with a new drain line and trough drain to redirect roof runoff away from the walking area and into the storm drainage system.

We completed the job just as the city inspector requested! 👑🔧

A simple upgrade that makes a BIG difference!

This Ice Cream Shops Grease Trap Was Due for a Cleaning 👑💦

This grease trap had some serious buildup. 😳

When grease, food waste and debris start piling up, it can lead to slow drainage, backups, and some pretty nasty problems. The Kingz got in there and started breaking through the buildup to get things flowing again.

If your restaurant or commercial kitchen has a grease trap that needs some attention, don’t wait for the backup.

This broken storm drain pipe had plenty of debris built up inside.

We brought in the hydro jetter to clear out the line and get the debris moving. Once the line is repaired it will be flowing like it should!

We started this job because of a toilet leak, so we pulled the toilet to investigate. That’s when we discovered the fl**ge had failed.

We worked with a team to repair the water damage in the bathroom below where the leak occurred. Once the walls were opened, we found that the cast iron piping was also failing. We recommended replacing it to help prevent future issues and protect the home from additional damage down the road.

Addressing the underlying problem, not just the visible leak, helps keep your plumbing system working properly and reduces the risk of future damage.

Another stack repipe done right. When in need call the Kingz! 👑
