The interesting thing about this job was the leaks not being the main issue. Here’s your gentle reminder to OIL THEM BEARINGS (instructions state every 30 days 🙀) and keep up with some form of scale treatment. Any sign of rust, take care of it immediately and you’ll never have to replace your unit, or roof, due to a leaky swamp. I’m happy we were able to get these folks back up and running today. Their house cooled down significantly just while we were cleaning up our tools.
