Heather's Housekeeping was started in 2002 as a way for the owner, Heather, to make extra money during college. In 2006, she hired her first employee and has been expanding ever since. Now, the company has a staff of over 30 and an ever growing client list!

We celebrated her yesterday for her birthday, but now it’s important to give a shout out to her for all her hard work!

A little about Haleigh:

My favorite thing to do outside work is tend to my patio garden. 🪴

A favorite thing about work- I really enjoy seeing the transformation a little elbow grease can accomplish! ✨

My favorite thing to do at work is cleaning glass/mirrors. I LOVE a good sparkly mirror! 🪞

My personal favorite thing about working for Heather’s Housekeeping is the people that we help. I’ve had priceless conversations with folks while I’m helping them and it makes me so happy to feel I’ve made a difference in their day!

Happy Employee Appreciation Day ❤️

Today is about recognizing the people who truly make this company what it is — our incredible team.

But the truth is, I don’t just appreciate them today. I appreciate them every single day.

They are the reason we are where we are today. The hard work they put in, the care they give our clients, and the pride they take in what they do is something I never take for granted. Because of them, our clients are happy and our company continues to grow.

People say you shouldn’t be friends with your employees… but honestly, that’s never felt right to me. This team is more than just employees. They feel like friends. Like family. I truly care about each and every one of them and want to see them succeed, grow, and thrive in life.

I will always do my best to look out for them the same way they look out for this company every day.
