Crumby counters, spider webs, dusty shelves, and smudgy windows… BOO👻🕸️

Happy 18-year anniversary, Crystal!! 🎉

Eighteen years of figuring out how to make things work at HH. Eighteen years of learning how to be a team. Eighteen years of ups and downs, always coming back stronger and figuring things out together.

Crystal, you have come such a long way over the years—and so have I! You have helped teach me patience and reminded me that, somehow, things always work out.

I’m especially proud of how much you have grown as a trainer. After doing this for 18 years, it can be hard to remember that new employees don’t automatically know all the things that come so naturally to you. You have worked hard to adjust, and you are doing better than ever!

You have always held incredibly high standards for your cleaning. Your clients love having you clean their homes because they know how much pride you take in your work. You are also so personable with your clients, their children, and their animals. They appreciate that more than you know, and they trust you with everything.

Sometimes it feels like just yesterday that you started with us. Thank you for being my first for so many things. Thank you for trusting me and for being here through almost all of the years I have had HH. We have grown up in this business together, and I truly can’t imagine it without you.

You mean the absolute world to me, Crystal, and I will always want the very best for you. Thank you for 18 unforgettable years! ❤️
