Congratulations to my son Andrew who graduated from Thornton Academy Middle School last evening 🥹 Andrew will be attending Thornton Academy in the Fall in their Honors program where he’ll play football, basketball and baseball 📚🏈🏀⚾️

So proud of him!

Maid in the Port LLC will be closed tomorrow, Saturday, June 13, 2026 as we celebrate Andrew’s graduation with a private celebration! 🎉 We will reopen on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 8:30 AM.

It is with both pride and shock I announce that Maid in the Port LLC is currently fully booked and not accepting any new clients for the moment! 🤯😱🫶🏻

My schedule is at capacity for the hands we have currently working! 💪🏻😊 I will be evaluating the needs of our teams, as I constantly am, and hiring accordingly but for the time being, we will be proudly cleaning, sparkling and perfecting our beautifully jam packed roster of client homes! 🏡🥰

It is the best compliment to my business and to me as an Owner hearing someone was referred by a current client! Word of mouth is how Maid in the Port has grown from day one and I couldn’t be more appreciative for the opportunity to be my clients cleaning team! 🤩 I am truly grateful 🥹

I am a firm believer in quality over quantity, always and I never want to be a cleaning company who prioritizes volume of homes over the details that actually matter: making my current clients content! Growth is necessary, important and always a goal, but never at the expense of those who have gotten us to where we are today! So thank you to everyone! I am still proud to say most of my clients have been here from day one and that means the world to me! ☺️ Client relationships and retention is forever the goal and that, in itself, speaks volumes on “good cleaners.” We aren’t here for the short term - when you come into the cleaning family, you’re here to stay 💛

I will make an announcement if and when I’ve decided to open our schedule back up in the future 🗓️

**I will remain closed for my “day off” and “office day” on Monday year round again this season.

Business operations will be closed entirely on and during these dates! All clients affected will be scheduled on different dates and times beforehand and changes communicated with plenty of time to plan.

Maid in the Port LLC is hiring part-time seasonal cleaners for the 2026 summer season ☀️🪣🧽

Hourly pay will range depending on the position from $22-27 an hour 💵 Must be able to drive a vehicle legally 🚙 and provide your own transportation. Locations are very close together, but driving is essential. Need to be committed to wanting to work, work hard and be reliable! We work hard but we also have a ton of fun ☺️ Must be able to work and contribute to a team atmosphere. Must be able to pass a criminal background check 📑

Shifts will be Saturday shifts from 10 AM to 3/4 PM depending on timing of cleaning completions ⏰ Season is end of June through end of September. Major holiday weekend weekends will be given off 🇺🇸

Windy River Farm & Farm Stand 🐥🐓🐐🌾🌻

Located at the top of Parker Woods Drive off of Downing Road in Arundel, Maine is a locally owned and run farm / farm stand by McKenzie and Tyler Parker - my sister in law and brother! 🫶🏻

This locally owned stand is quickly becoming a local favorite, selling out fast when welcoming doors open! McKenzie raises pasture roaming free chickens, collecting “Emmie’s Eggs” which my beautiful niece helps with each and everyday! 🥰 She bakes the most amazing sourdough breads, sweet treats, jams, spreads, oils and has the most darling homemade items like bug spray, key chains and magnesium spray! ☺️ There is even a Little Free Library outside the doors 📚

This isn’t your average farm stand! Every detail is meticulous 😍 It’s truly a hidden gem that I hope all my clients can take the time to experience this season! 😉 Please take a visit whether by stroll, bike or car - trust me, it’ll be the best farm stand experience you’ve had! Leave a note in her guest book, peruse, purchase some goodies and enjoy! It won’t be your last trip!
