Price per square foot ranges from .20- .50cents per square foot depending on the area you are located in and the condition of the home. After the initial deep clean price per square foot decreases to a range of .08- .25cents per square foot. (Depending on condition of home and how frequently scheduled. This applies to weekly/bi-weekly/monthly scheduled cleanings, after they have received an initial deep clean.) Free quotes are available upon request! Deep clean includes;
Dusting ceilings, fans, light fixtures, walls, doors, tops of cabinets, windows, blinds, baseboards, furniture, decor, lamps etc. Wiping/stain removing walls, doors, baseboards, light switches, window sills & etc. Polishing/wiping down all furniture including tables, shelves, dressers, applicable decor, etc. We clean all mirrors and the inside of applicable windows and outside glass on front/back door. We vacuum couches and under the cushions. If there’s things laying around we do straighten up..like folding couch blankets, fix a stack of books, shoes laying around etc. Kitchen we wipe the outside of cabinets/drawers, counters, wipe/stainless polish outside of all appliances and inside of microwave, scrub sink and stove tops. Bathroom we scrub sinks/toilets/tubs/showers/outside of cabinets. We vacuum/sweep/mop all floors and move couches and rugs (if applicable) and open closets/pantries to sweep/vacuum. We take out all trash in home. Common add ons are changing bedding/linens, inside of stove and fridge etc. Basic cleans (cleans after initial clean) include all of the above except instead of completely wiping down surfaces such as walls/doors/baseboards/cabinets etc, it becomes spot wiping as needed.
