💧 That’s a Wrap for the Season! 💧

I’ve officially winterized all my equipment for the year — and what a year it’s been! By far my best yet, and it’s all thanks to friends, family, and this amazing community for continuing to spread the good word.

I’m switching gears with a full-time career change, so most of my time will be spent there. That said, I still plan to take care of all my returning customers, and I’ll likely focus on vinyl siding for new ones as I transition into a true weekend warrior hustle.

From my family to all of you — thank you for every share, every recommendation, and every job that helped keep Soaking Wet Solutions growing. Until next season… stay clean, stay kind, and don’t forget —

🏠 What Is Oxidation on Siding — and Why a Regular House Wash Won’t Fix It

If your siding looks chalky, dull, or has streaks you just can’t scrub off — you’re dealing with oxidation, not just dirt or mildew.

☀️ Over time, UV rays break down the outer layer of vinyl or aluminum siding, leaving behind a powdery, faded surface. This isn’t organic growth — it’s chemical wear, and it requires a completely different approach.

🧼 Important Note:
A standard house wash is designed to remove organic material — like algae, mold, and mildew.

👉 Oxidation removal is a separate, specialized process that targets sun damage and surface breakdown — not biological growth.
