Heat pump repair. Last repair guy must have left some connections loose; and soldered the connection, poorly. This caused overheating on the contact wire and separation from the capacitor terminal. Capacitor had a strong discharge. A new jumper was created for the contactor/capacitor connection. Tightened the HERM and Fan connectors and the heat pump was good to go.
