I'll be honest, this is one of those cars that gets you excited to come to work.

Trevor brought over his G80 M3 Competition before a local car show, and this thing is an absolute animal. With the tune, exhaust, downpipe, and other mods, it's every bit as fun as it looks.

Since he already takes great care of it, our goal wasn't restorationā€”it was making a great-looking car look its best.

We performed a full exterior detail, decontamination wash, clay bar treatment, spot paint correction, and added protection to make the paint pop.

The best part? Seeing it on the show field a few days later looking exactly how an M3 Competition should.

Cars like this remind me why I love what I do. Every owner has a story and a vision for their vehicle, and helping bring that vision to life is the fun part. šŸ”„

No glazes.
No fillers.
No hiding defects with waxes or temporary shine.

Just proper paint correction. šŸ‘Œ

Picked this hood up from a junkyard so I could continue practicing and really push myself with the rotary. Obviously the panel isnā€™t perfect ā€” thereā€™s paint chips and deeper damage all throughout it ā€” but thatā€™s honestly what makes it cool to work on.

Seeing paint go from hazed over with rotary trails to looking deep, clear, and reflective again never gets old to me.

A lot of people think the gloss comes from ceramic coatings or sealantsā€¦ but the real magic is in the correction beforehand. šŸ”„

This Colorado was a fun one. šŸ”„

Kay brought us her Colorado Z71 Duramax to get it dialed in before an upcoming show, and we definitely gave this truck the full treatment.

For those who know trucks, this oneā€™s powered by the 2.8L Duramax turbo diesel ā€” a pretty unique setup you donā€™t see every day in a midsize pickup.

We performed:
ā€¢ Full 1-step paint correction
ā€¢ Ceramic sealant application
ā€¢ Full interior detail

The goal was simple: bring the gloss back, clean it up properly, and make this thing stand out in the sunlight again.

Safe to say the metallic gray absolutely came alive once we finished it up. šŸ‘ŒšŸ”„

Thereā€™s just something different about a one-owner classic.

This 1972 Chevelle SS belongs to Dave ā€” the original owner since day one. He bought the car brand new in 1972 for just over $4,100 and has spent decades making memories with it. From cross-country drives to trips down to Michigan International Speedway, this car has been a part of his life for over 50 years.

Dave originally called us out because the radiator cap had come loose, spraying coolant throughout the engine bay and onto the paint. But after hearing the story behind the car, I knew I wanted to go above and beyond for him.

We carefully cleaned and restored the vehicle inside and out, bringing the Chevelle back to life while preserving the character itā€™s built over the years.

Seeing Daveā€™s reaction at the end made the entire detail worth it. He told me this is the best the car has looked in a very long time ā€” and honestly, hearing that means more than anything.

Cars like this are special. Not because of the horsepower or the badgeā€¦ but because of the stories attached to them. šŸ”„
