ClearPath Cleaning & Co is expanding! We have been awarded a contract with a large realty company and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. We are looking for someone who can start Monday!

Initially, this position will focus exclusively on apartment turnover cleanings. From time to time, we may also need help with other cleaning jobs.

📍 Service Areas: Titusville and possibly Cocoa, Florida.

✨ Position Details:

* 🏠 Apartments with 1 bathroom and up to 3 bedrooms.
* 🧽 Cleaning apartments to prepare them for new tenants.
* 🚫 No trash-outs or trash removal. This position is strictly for cleaning.
* 🧴 Cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided.
* 🚗 Reliable transportation is required. You must be able to drive to the job sites.
* 💰 Hourly pay: TBD. W2 Job
* 📅 As-needed scheduling, with the potential for ongoing work.
* 🏢 Workload varies, but we can have 6 or more apartments in some weeks.

What We’re Looking For:

There is no such thing as a quick wipe down !

I get so many calls and it’s the first thing I hear. It’s only 2 beds, only 800 sq ft, it’s just a quick wipe down shouldn’t take more than an hour. Then I send the quote and it’s instant attitude expecting to pay less than $100 for a full house cleaning.

I have never been to any property and it actually be a quick wipe down.

The work we do is no where easy and there is nothing quick about it.

Please consider you’re hiring someone for their professional experience, their time, supplies, efforts and also we have expenses to run our companies.

🤍 A Little Update from ClearPath Cleaning & Co.

As our company and team have grown, we need to begin more consistently enforcing the policies outlined in our signed service agreements. Before reading I want to make sure I clarify we DO NOT expect it to be perfect but we do expect it to be a maintenance level clean not deep cleaning because that is not in the price for these cleans.

In the past, we’ve often gone the extra mile to move belongings and pick up areas to make our clients happy. However, with many homes to clean each day, spending extra time preparing areas takes away from actual cleaning, can put us behind schedule, causes labor hours to increase and delays getting home to our own families. I encourage everyone to review the scope that’s included and you may also visit our website where it’s listed.

We’re a professional cleaning service focused on cleaning your home, not providing general household chore services. The examples pictured help explain what is included in our standard maintenance cleans and when additional services may be needed.

Position Details:
• Part-time as of now
• W-2 employment.
• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit.
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.
•Location: Titusville and surrounding areas.

Pay:
• No prior residential or commercial cleaning experience? Starting pay is $16/hour, plus any tips.

• Previous cleaning experience? Pay will be discussed during your interview based on your experience.
