🌱 IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE — EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1 🌱
Florida lawns are under more pressure than ever, and our service is changing to meet that challenge.
With increased insect activity, w**d pressure, drought conditions, and watering restrictions, waiting two months between lawn treatments can allow problems to develop before they are addressed.
To provide more consistent care, 1st Rate Residential Services LLC is updating our lawn treatment schedule beginning October 1.
✅ Lawn Treatments — Now Monthly
More frequent visits will allow us to monitor changing lawn conditions, address insect and w**d pressure sooner, and adjust treatments as needed throughout the year.
💳 Lawn Treatment Billing — Now Monthly
Beginning October 1, lawn treatment customers will also move to one monthly payment, aligning your billing with your new monthly lawn service schedule.
🌿 Shrub Treatments — Remain Bi-Monthly
This change is about being proactive instead of reactive. Monthly lawn treatments will give us a better opportunity to protect your turf and deliver the quality results our customers expect.
