Happy Fall Y’all! Tomorrow’s the first official day of Fall and I couldn’t be more excited!

A new season means… new ‘thank you’ gifts! I am putting them together tonight so you should start seeing them soon. ☺️

September is booked up but I may still have a few spots in October. Starting now, I will be sending monthly messages towards the end of the month. If you are on my regular schedule, those will include any updates, reminders, and your scheduled dates for the following month. That way you have a record of dates I have you down for and you can add or edit any dates. After all confirmations, I can then post any availabilities I have for the month on the page for potential new clients or returning clients.

📦🏠Move in/ Move out Cleans🏠📦

These apply to many situations:
🔹For those who have moved out of a home & were renting and had a contract for a certain expectation of how the home should be left, and/or would like their security deposit back.
🔸If you own your home and would like to sell it. Professional cleans before photos & tourings make a HUGE difference to potential buyers.
🔹If you have bought a new home but it was on the market for some time, there was no professional cleaning done once vacated, and you would like to move into a disinfected, clean, and fresh home.
🔸A home owner or business planning to rent a home but need it cleaned before a new tenant.

These cleanings are by far the most difficult cleans. They can be defined as a comprehensive, top-to-bottom deep cleaning of an empty property. It goes beyond standard weekly upkeep to remove built-up grime, erase scuff marks, and ensure the space is pristine and sanitized for the next occupant.

I have done many of these cleanings in the past few years but have come to learn they take much longer than a normal deep cleaning which takes 8-12 hours on average. When priced by the hour, I feel rushed and can’t always deliver my standard of clean. A client receives an estimate and I have always tried my best to stay within that price. Going forward, I’d like to be able and focus on all needing done and not the clock. I want to be able to fully cover every area how it should be. With that being said, these cleanings will now be priced per job with a walk-through ahead of time to give a price determined. Prices will start at $250 and can range up to $800 depending on size of home and condition.

I’m back, y’all! The wedding was wonderful and now our blended family is complete. Our honeymoon was amazing and I finally got to swim with pigs in the Bahamas. (One of my dreams!)

Huge thank you to all of my clients who were so understanding about me taking a little time off. Those of you who went the extra mile and really made me feel special, thank you for the wedding gifts!!

Don’t worry y’all! I’ll be back refreshed and ready to work in no time! I do have a few openings at the end of June and several in July and can take a few new clients! Feel free to reach out and I will respond when I’m back to business on Monday, June 22.

🚨Important Announcement🚨

As most of you already know, I am getting married in June! With that being said, I will be taking some time off. (Not as much as I’d like to but it’s hard enough on the wallet to take ANY days off 🥵) I have talked with most of you about June scheduling already but if I missed anyone, feel free to reach out!
