Hi friends! I wanted to make some announcements for my customers. If you cancel/skip your clean you will owe me a $30 fee. I am having too many cancellations and this unfortunately messes up my income. If you tell me atleast 2 weeks ahead of time, I will not charge you!
If you are a business and have certain times of the year you will not need your business cleaned, I will be charging a fee to hold your spot during these times. I lose a lot of money by businesses that do not want to be in my schedule year-round due to vacation time! This will also be a $30 fee per skipped clean. This will not be avoidable even if you tell me ahead of time.
I appreciate you all and love cleaning your beautiful homes/businesses! Please understand this is just a necessity to keep my business running smoothly! If you have any questions please reach out to me! Thank you!
