Needing two employees for day time work mostly but some may run into the evenings. This will be for water, fire, smoke and mold mitigation along with encapsulations of a crawlspace.
We can train you, just need the ability to communicate and apply what we are telling you (coachable). You need to have transportation to get to work and a valid driver license. Another crawlspace that we were able to help before they had severe rot and very expensive repairs to the home.

This customer had just paid an ac contractor a large sum of money to redo the ducts under this home. Due to a humidity issue that was causing mold growth in the home.

If your crawlspace is not encapsulated and the AC system has portions of the ducting not insulated. You will have condensation under the home and you will have a mold issue in the crawlspace and eventually in the home.

Having your crawlspace encapsulated properly and having your ducting installed properly will make a huge difference and will save your homes foundation from rotting from underneath your feet. Thank you to High Quality Heating and Air for redoing the ducts the proper way so the home can run efficiently.

So to build on what we posted a couple of days ago about the importance of encapsulating your crawlspace. This is a customer who has vinyl plank flooring over their subfloor. Vinyl flooring is a v***r barrier and will rot your subfloor if the humidity is not kept in check.

Why is it important to have your crawlspace encapsulated?

Moisture is always ev***rating though soil and into the atmosphere. Under our homes it becomes trapped or bottled causing the humidity to rise.
In a lot of crawlspaces we go into we see the humidity so high that it condensates on the structure so much that it drips off the floor joist and subfloor.
When this happens the wooden structure absorbs the excess moisture and enters a wood rot stage or begins to harbor mold colonies that breaks down the homes structure.
Roughly about 30% of your air in your home comes from your crawlspace. If your crawlspace is dirt, damp and moldy all of that is filtering into your home.

By encapsulating your crawlspace you can lower the humidity level in the crawlspace and in your home. Improve the indoor air quality and improve the energy efficiency of your home. You will also be extending the life of your home by keeping the structure dry and not allowing the elements to degrade your home.
