In 1980, a young hard working entrepreneur went from door to door talking with home and business owners about their pool and spas needs. He found that many were dissatisfied with the quality of work and lack of high-end products and services available in this area. Others were simply looking for a good "pool guy" to keep their pool clean and sparkling each week while they were busy making a living

. Jeff Swain had a burning desire to make his business a success by offering something other did not. Since then, we've grown quite a bit but have never lost sight of that original goal ... "to establish a strong customer base by cartering to those demand superior products & services and by doing things right the first time. We are not the cheapest, but we are the least expensive."
