At Mama’s Helper Laundry Service, I take pride in caring for every load and doing my very best to return your laundry fresh, clean, and neatly folded!

✨ Please Understand:
While every load is washed with care, complete stain, odor, and discoloration removal is never guaranteed.

I also reserve the right to refuse to wash items that are overly soiled, heavily stained, moldy, or mildewed.

Items that have been sitting soiled for extended periods, especially those exposed to urine, mold, mildew, or other heavy soiling, may have permanent stains or lingering odors even after washing.

💙 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY REMINDER 💙
To help ensure the best possible results, clients are responsible for:

- Pre-treat stains and heavily soiled items before pickup.
- Communicating with me about of anything like, urine, mold, mildew, bodily fluids, excessive pet hair, or other excessive soiled laundry before pickup or shortly thereafter, especially if there is anything I should know about before starting it.
- Avoiding leaving wet or heavily soiled laundry sealed in bags for extended periods.
- Understanding that stains, odors, and discoloration may remain after washing, especially when items have not been treated promptly.
-Understanding that a cleaning fee may apply to items heavily soiled with pet hair, urine, mildew, mold, or other dirty substances.
- Understanding that standard wash-and-fold service does not include guaranteed stain removal or restoration of damaged fabrics.
- Understanding that I reserve the right to refuse to wash ANY overly soiled, heavily stained, moldy, or mildewed items.
