Cleaning Tips 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾
Here are some of my go-to shortcuts that make your cleans faster, safer, and way more effective:
🌟 Vacuum hair out of sinks and bathtubs before you spray anything down.
Wet hair turns into that gummy, sticky mess you end up chasing around. Vacuum first = easy wipe-down.
🌟 Use isopropyl alcohol for streak-free windows and glass — and even on stainless steel appliances.
It removes fingerprints instantly, but make sure it’s 70% if you want true disinfecting power.
🌟 Hydrogen peroxide is an excellent mold killer.
Great for grout, tile, and those little shower spots.
Just make sure your grout is a lighter grout peroxide can lighten or bleach light-colored grout.
🌟 Bar Keepers Friend, Bioclean, and Rust-Out are amazing for rust stains.
Each one saves you from hours of scrubbing — especially when the rust is deep-set.
🌟 For stubborn shower glass, use fine-grade steel wool (0000).
Perfect for buffing away hard water deposits without scratching like traditional steel wool. Always test first.
🌟 You can use a razor blade to remove heavy soap scum or tough hard water buildup.
Just be sure you’re using it correctly — blade flat, smooth motions, and never on coated/tinted glass.
🌟 ALWAYS read your labels so you’re using products safe for the surface.
The wrong pH, abrasive, or acid can damage a finish fast.
