Hiring a daytime residential “float”:

-must be available between the hours of 9-5pm on call, as needed 7 days per week.
-You must be regularly, totally free during this timeframe
-will cover shifts for call ins and vacations
-willing to learn and trustworthy
-*residential cleaning* and air bnb on occasion
-willing to travel (up to 30 miles, Including sylvan beach and cleveland, not often but as needed)
-must drive and have your own transportation, *can not rely on rides*
-not looking for someone with young children or must have kids old enough to care for themselves and stay home alone until 5pm or guaranteed child care for daytime hours
-shift start times may vary depending on site
-shift length and end times may vary depending on site
-no guaranteed hours per week
-the float will be paid at a higher rate as we would be calling last minute for shift coverage
-starting pay is $20/hr for the float position and pay will increase after 3 months of reliable work. must actually accept shifts regularly and last minute to receive pay increase.
-must be 21/older and able to pass a background check
