For our valued Aloha Regulars:
A quick reminder for the Policy sheets we left our Clientele earlier this year.
We get it. Nobody reads the "terms and conditions" or the fine print these days.
Many companies have had to adopt cancelation policies in recent years. And we too have had to establish the similar policies for multiple reasons. We will be distributing these out again starting next week and will be strictly enforcing these policies going forward.
Cancelations are all subject to charge. All cancelations AFTER 8am on the day of cleaning is subject to charge for the FULL rate. No exceptions. Cancelations made prior to that deadline will receive the $25 "Double Dust" Cancelation charge on the next scheduled cleaning to provide us that little extra time from the lapse in service. We've been exceptionally lenient this year being that the world needs a little more love in it right about now. But with a waiting list of people who could have been scheduled had we had notice, houses that we had to last minute adjust time causing inconveniences and a crew that drove in to work for a full days pay only to go home by noon. We NEED to enforce this going forward.
We will be looking into confirmation notices for future day before and after holiday dates to prevent this problem from reoccurring.
As always we appreciate your continued buisness and can hopefully keep things running smooth from here on out.

updated 2/2/2025 Payment is required at the time of service through one of our many payment options. Failing to pay at time of service (Within 24 hours) will result in an additional $50 service charge. Any returned checks or stop payments will result in an additional $50 fee and/or service stoppage....
