As time gets closer, ( in 8 days that will be here before you know it!!). I realize that this is the easiest way to update my extended family, my friends, our church family and finally …..my client list.
I am having a surgery for bladder issues on Monday, April 27 after being in pain and dealing with this for 3 to 6 months… Hoping it would get better and it has not. I’ve seen three doctors to finalize the diagnosis/treatment plan and we now have the plan in action for surgery and in quoting the surgeon “ a tough six week recovery”. I am already on a medical leave, which involves no bending, lifting, twisting, or stooping over. I’ve not been the best at following those rules and I will have to continue to do so after surgery during that six weeks. It is hard to live by in my line of work, especially since I have been cleaning houses the past couple of weeks. 
Tidy Girls Cleaning Service will still operate daily with no interruptions in service because of office staff who are stepping up to the plate and soaking up ALL of the day-to-day operations that only I know to guide my staff with scheduling, customer request, etc.. Johnny Carter will be by my side as he always has to help me with any of my physical needs. I have others that are going to help me with the house and our wonderful church family is getting together some volunteers to help with us some meals for the first few days afterward. We are so grateful because it truly takes a village in situations like this.
I need a lot of prayers for patience… and to let go of the control attitude I have. Please pray for the doctors and for the healing process. It will mean so much to me. I wish I didn’t have to do this, but if I want to improve my quality of life I don’t have much choice.
