Every week, one of our regulars brings his laundry to Washing Well.

𝘼𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚. 🧺

She takes care of his Wash & Fold, and when everything is finished, she brings it back outside to his car.

Nothing complicated.

Just one of those little routines that becomes part of knowing your customers.

Sometimes Washing Well looks strangely empty even when the washers are busy.

There’s laundry spinning.
Baskets everywhere.
Detergent sitting on the machines.

The customers?

Probably next door at Publix. 🛒😜

A lot of our regulars have their laundry-day routine down:
start a load,
run their grocery errand,
come back to move everything over,
then finish up and head home.

When your laundromat is right next to Publix, laundry day can get a little multitasking built in. 🧺❤️

We got talking with one of our regulars this weekend while he was folding his laundry.

He told us he's been coming to Washing Well for about 30 years — all the way back to the first owner.

We're the third owners now, and he told us he's seen this place go through many, many transformations over the years.

New machines. New faces. Plenty of changes.
And there he was this weekend, still doing his laundry at Washing Well. 🧺

𝘼 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙.

As clothes come out of the dryer, pieces that should be hung are hung right away, while the rest are loaded carefully into the cart for folding.

It’s a simple step, but it helps keep clean laundry from getting crushed and wrinkled while it waits.

At Washing Well, the little things between wash and fold matter too.

When you first use our Wash & Fold service, we learn your preferences — including detergent choice and how you want different items folded or hung — and save them to your customer profile.

After drying, garments that need hanging are hung right away instead of sitting in a cart, helping reduce wrinkles. Then everything is finished according to your preferences.
The next time you bring us laundry, you don't have to start all over again.

At The Washing Well, bulky bedding gets the room — and the attention — it needs.

Our 80 lb commercial washers give comforters plenty of space to wash properly. After drying, thicker comforters may get a little extra time spread out before we package them, helping any trapped moisture dissipate before they go into the bag.

Once they're ready, we neatly pack them in reusable zippered bags so they're easy to carry home and convenient to store.

It takes a few extra steps.

But around here, that's just part of doing the laundry right. 💙
