Frequently Asked Questions:
Is there a fee for same day orders?
Yes due to high volume a $10 rush fee is applied
When is pick up and drop off ?
Between the hours of 8am - 8pm depending on when order was placed
When do orders usually get done ?
Between 24-48 hrs
Is there a minimum?
There is a $20 minimum. We can still accept as much or as little laundry as you want, but if there is less you will be charged $20.
How should I prepare my clothes for pickup?
Your clothes can go out for pickup in any bag you choose, as long as the top is closed. Disposable bags are most commonly used. If disposable bag is used your laundry will not return in the same Bag.
What if I don't want to leave my clothes out for pickup?
Please let us know when placing your order that you would like to hand deliver. Please note: This is not our usual business practice and if laundry is not secured there will be a $5 Fee.
Do I have to separate my clothes?
No! Why would you? That's our job. Just throw it in the bag and we'll take care of the rest.
What laundry detergent do you use?
Our laundry detergent of choice is Tide, Gain, Purex,and Persil Power-Liquid Sensitive Skin (hypoallergenic detergent). If you prefer to use your own laundry detergent, please include it with your laundry.
Do you bleach white items?
Per request only we will bleach white items, be sure to mention when scheduling for pickup.
Do you wash large items like comforters?
Yes. Comforters (twin - full) are $10, Extra large items such as Queen $15 - King comforters are $20 each.
Can you hang some of my clothes?
Yes. Please provide the hangers and in the pickup notes please let us know what items you want hung.
Do you use fabric softener?
Yes, we use Downy fabric softener. If you would not like fabric softener please be sure to enter it in your pickup notes.
Do you do dry cleaning or ironing?
No we do not
Will my clothes be mixed?
When we pick up your items, we make certain that all bags are clearly marked. Orders for each of our clients are labeled and kept separate from those of other clients. From the washer to the dryer, your items are placed in clean bags and labeled immediately.
