It was an honor attending the event at ShopRite of Carmel where My Brother Vinny was presented with a check for nearly $95,000 in support of the incredible work they do for veterans in our community.

At SJR Junk Removal & Sanitation, we are proud to support Paula and her organization whenever possible by donating gently used furniture and household items that can help veterans furnish their homes and get back on their feet. Giving back to organizations that make a real difference in the lives of others is something we truly believe in, and we are grateful to play even a small part in supporting their mission.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this event such a success and for continuing to support our local veterans and community organizations.

Had a fantastic time representing the Carmel Rotary Club at the community event held on Friday, May 1st, hosted by ShopRite of Carmel!

Joining me was the Carmel Rotary President, Karinta, as we proudly represented our Rotary club in support of two incredible organizations making a real difference in our community.

Thanks to the generosity of ShopRite of Carmel and its amazing customers, nearly $95,000 was raised for My Brother Vinny, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans furnish their homes and rebuild their lives. An additional $75,000 was raised for Putnam County Vet2Vet, an organization committed to supporting local veterans through outreach programs, peer support, housing assistance, transportation services, and access to critical resources within the community.

It was truly inspiring to see our community come together to support our veterans and those in need. We are grateful to everyone who contributed and helped make this event such a success.
