Tick season is here!
Next week, with temperatures rising and snow melting, we will see our first wave of tick activity through out the tri state area.

Every year our phones ring off the hook on this exact week. Be mindful as you adventure outdoors to enjoy the nice weather and check out our website to find out how you can become tick smart.

Ticks become active once temperatures consistently hit 40–45°F which means early spring and late winter is when the season begins.

Most properties we inspect have higher tick activity in the following areas

🍁Shaded fence lines and leaf debris
🌳Wooded borders & stone walls
💧Ornamental landscaped beds that retain moisture

If your property backs up to woods or has heavy shade, early prevention makes the biggest difference.

We’re currently scheduling early-season treatments before peak activity begins.

Are you breeding mosquitoes and attempting to solve your problems with heavy chemicals?!

The length of the mosquito breeding cycle varies by species, but mosquitoes generally need 10 to 14 days to develop in standing water. We recommend dumping any standing water at least once a week or more if rain is in the forecast.
