Sara is one of those rare people who gives everything she has to everything she does. From jumping into pest control treatments with zero hesitation, building parade floats and representing us in the mascot suit at community events, to pouring that same heart and dedication into her students every single day as a teacher with the St. Joe School District. A remarkably quick learner, he knew every team member's name by his very first Tuesday morning meeting, tested fast and wasted no time stepping up to master termite inspections and treatments. His ability to absorb knowledge and apply it quickly is something that genuinely impressed our entire team.

And let's talk about the advantages of having a 6'8" pest control technician on your side! Rooftop wasp nests? No ladder needed. Tops of cabinets where roaches like to hide? Jacob has a clear view. Low ceiling basements and crawl spaces? He navigates those with a smile and maybe the occasional bump as he perfects his ducking technique! 😄

One year ago Sara joined the Preferred Pest Control team and immediately made her mark in the best possible way!

She jumped right in with a whatever it takes attitude, taking on yard and mosquito treatments, detailed rodent control at St. Joseph schools and multiple initial pest treatments without hesitation. Customers consistently praised the care and quality she delivered and her positive energy made her a natural fit on our team from day one.

But Sara did not stop there. She showed up for after hours event preparations, helped build floats for community parades and proudly represented Preferred Pest Control in the mascot suit that just happened to fit her perfectly! She brought smiles to our community and represented our brand with the same enthusiasm she brings to everything she does.

Even after returning to her primary role as a teacher with the St. Joe School District, Sara continues to check equipment and support our team. Now she channels that same dedication into her classroom, working with students who need extra structure and helping them reengage and succeed.
