There might be some misconceptions our dryers are hot gas dryers you pay $.50 for 10 minutes on the small ones .... $.75 for 10 minutes on the large ones… This does not mean one cycle will get your clothes dry it depends on the amount the density and other factors of clothes. These are commercial machines not your home dryers.
You are paying for the gas that it uses to heat. You are not paying to dry your clothes in one cycle… This means it may take more than one cycle to dry your clothes…
Also a PSA it is kind to not leave your clothes in there and promptly get them out so others can use the machine
