A little fire. A little water. A whole lot of paradise. 🌴

A study in contrast and quiet sophistication. Rich blue tile, cascading water, and sculptural fire features bring warmth and movement to this thoughtfully composed outdoor retreat.

Beautiful by day. Breathtaking by night.

Built into the architecture, not dropped into the backyard.

Every angle reveals something a little different. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻!

Projects like this are never the work of one set of hands. Talon Home Builders created the home around it, while Cypress Property Concierge LLC helps keep the property looking its best, and we had the privilege of bringing the water into the picture.

A pretty good argument for staying home, we think.

A lot of homeowners ask about finishes, features, timelines and price—but there’s another question that can have a big impact on the overall experience:

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸?

Some pool companies operate primarily with in-house crews, while others use a mix of employees and trusted subcontractors throughout the construction process. Both models are common in the industry, and each can affect how a project is coordinated, communicated and managed from start to finish.

In this video, we break down the differences and explain what homeowners should understand when choosing a pool builder.

This one was designed around its surroundings—from the raised platform breaking up the waterline to the three fire-and-water bowls pulling your eye straight toward the lake beyond.

Every detail has a job. The result just happens to look this good. 💧
