Another AC repaired and happy customer ❄️🔥

Customer called us out for no cooling after noticing the house temperature continuing to climb. When we arrived, the condenser fan was running but the compressor wasn’t kicking on. After diagnosing the system, we found a failed capacitor keeping the unit from operating properly.

We replaced the bad capacitor, balanced the charge back to manufacturer specifications, and cycled the system back on to verify operation.

🏠 Home was 91° on arrival
❄️ System is now cooling properly and producing a 16.5° temp split
📉 Another AC back up and cooling ❄️🔥

This was a used system provided by the customer, but we got everything dialed back in and cooling properly again 💪

🥵 Customer called us out because their AC unit was struggling to keep temperature and taking way too long to cool the home.

After inspecting the system, we found a clogged condensate drain line causing issues with the unit’s performance and operation. We cleared and flushed the condensate drain line, cleaned everything out, and got the system back running and cooling properly again 💪

This call came in as “no cooling”…
But the real problem? Multiple issues stacking up.

🚫 Clogged drain line → float switch shut the system down
🚫 Airflow set WRONG (3 ton setting on a 4 ton unit 🤦‍♂️)

A lift station is designed to pump wastewater from lower areas (like kitchens or laundry rooms) up to the main sewer line so everything flows out properly and doesn’t back up.

For this project, we :
🔧Ran kitchen & laundry line into lift station
🔧 Ran approximately 60’ of 2” force main
🔧 Connected on to existing sewer for bathrooms
🔧 Installed proper check valves, clean-outs & venting
🔧 Test & backfill
This setup ensures wastewater is moved efficiently and protects the home from future drainage issues.
