Construction Cleaning:
Includes all surface areas in living areas, kitchen, bedrooms/bathrooms, floors - hardwood, vinyl, carpets & tile, interior doors & stairs, windows - glass, sills & door tracks, fans, fixtures, cabinets and baseboards. No chemicals/fragrance will be used unless specified by the owner. Cost: $.35/sq ft under air

Final Cleaning:

Includes all surface areas in living areas, ki

tchen, bedrooms/bathrooms, floors - hardwood, vinyl, carpets & tile, interior doors & stairs, windows - glass & sills, fans, fixtures, cabinet doors and baseboards. Cost: $.30/sq ft under air

Construction Site Clean-Up:

Organizing Materials, picking up trash/debris, sweeping/vacuuming dust/debris etc. Cost: $25/hr

Personal Residence Cleaning:

Up to 1500 sq ft - $100.00
1501 - 2500 sq ft - $200.00
2501 - 3000 sq ft - $300.00
3001+ sq ft - $350.00
**$50.00 for additional 500 sq ft

Rental Property Cleaning:

Includes all “Final Cleaning”, make beds, fold towels & put away (bath & pool), straighten and organize exterior patios/balconies. Cost per clean based on sq ft + $50.00 restocking toiletries for next rental. If a linen service is not provided, we will provide a linen service for an additional $250.00 - includes washing, storing linens, stocking property and remaking all beds.
