Termites all over Poston Butte Golf Course. The Boys and I play golf in Anthem at Merrill Ranch almost every week at Poston Butte Golf Course. I find termites every time we play. Today we had some time between holes so I filmed a quick video off the green of hole 12 showing the termite shelter tubes.

Crazily, this isn't even the worst of seen out here. If you're in AMR on the Sun City side it might be time for a free Inspection.

In the last 2 weeks I actually done 1 termite treat on Parkside and 2 on the Sun City side.

Termite treatments and termite inspections is what Gold Palm Pest Does. We are a termite specialist company not just a pest company that does termite work.

Tools of the termite trade!

Who else is enjoying weather in the 60s this morning?!?!

Today we are knocking out our 20th termite treatment of the month. That might not sounds like a lot to some but this is a one man (with an amazing wife who helps) show.

20 termite treatments plus regular pest control stops is a blessing I couldn't imagine in March of this year when we started.

Our mission is simple - help our customers be bug and termite free at an affordable cost.

Today I want to say thank you to every person that we've made that happen for!

Thank you for choosing Gold Palm Pest Control. When you choose us you're choosing a local family. A husband, a dad, a mother, a wife, and three kiddos that know their daddy is a bug man.

If you're needing a termite treatment or just want your home bug free you know what to do!

Give us a call or text at 480-500-7378

Jen or myself with answer.

Thank y'all,

DJ

I've been seeing it more and more lately.

Post tension slab homes getting subterranean termites through the plumbing penetrations in the bathrooms, laundry, and even kitchen.

A simple trench or drill termite treatment does not get rid of the termites coming in front plumbing voids. It's requires more. We do the more!

We aren't a splash and dash company that doesn't care about your home.

We take the time to do what is needed to make your home termite free from the start.

We offer free termite inspections ans go over everything we find with you.

In the video we knocked down these tubes and performed a foam injection in the walls to stop the termites from continuing to feed on this home.

Back at on a Saturday folks! Today we're doing a hybrid termite treatment in Scottsdale. We're getting this done quick for them so their transaction is not slowed down because of termites.

This termite treatment presented a challenge a because it has porcelain tile on the back porch that the buyer was concerned about being damaged during the treatmeny. But special problems call for special tooling, and we were able to get in the between the tiles without damaging them and inject the liquid sub surface to make sure the home is protected.

Sside from protecting homes from termites, another goal we have is to be minimally invasive with the treatment, so it's not obvious that any work was done and to keep the appeal the home had before the treatment.

We’re in San Tan Valley today doing a hybrid termite treatment for a customer that has termites in multiple spots around the home.

We’re getting this home great protection while making sure we leave as few signs of treatment as possible.

There’s nothing worse than having a ton of obvious drill marks around a beautiful home making it scream “I’ve had termites!”

Did you know we offer free termite inspections AND give you multiple treatment options?!

We are at it again today out in Casa Grande doing a termite treatment! This stem wall home has activity in multiple spots but we’re going to take care of it and get it back to termite free!

480-500-7378 for a free termite inspection. Call or text

Quick tips to check for termites:

• check the foundation on the outside of your home for mud tubes.

• check your garage for mud tubes even if your home is post tension slab. Check by the garage door tracks, expansion gap if you have one and walls for termite tubes

• check interior walls for little dots that wipe off but leave a hole, mud tubes hanging from the ceiling, inside wall and edges of windows, and where plumbing comes through the foundation.

• plants and yard for termite shelter tubes. They might not be on the house but it tells you their close by. I find activity in rocks, grass and plants all the time!

If you’re unsure of what you see just send me a message.

Good morning Arizona! We are starting off our day doing a hybrid termite treatment in Casa Grande. In the picture, you can see we are installing a termite bait station right next to a termite mud shelter. You can also see in the background on the foundation there is a small mud tube.

The termite bait stations and liquid will serve as an eviction notice to the termites so that they are no longer welcome at this house! 🚫🐜✌🏼

If you think you have termites or you’re sure you have termites, we offer free termite inspections, and will typically give you multiple treatment options.
