We have been flooded with calls after our recent rains, here’s the run down on these nuisance beetles ..
In the last few days many have noticed hundreds of little black beetles trying to enter their homes. These pests are identified as ground beetles. They lay their eggs in the soil and underneath the foundation of our homes and lay dormant until the the start of our monsoon's. In some cases they can lay dormant for years waiting for the opportune time to make our lives miserable. They will remain active for the next few months, as the monsoons disappear they will also disappear. If you currently have service our residual spray along with the heat will kill them off very quickly once entering the home. But for every 100 Beetles that you see there are thousands ready to take its place. Please weather the storm with the confidence that this is a short term issue and they will naturally subside and disappear, until the next monsoon season!
