Theresa cleaned my house last week for the first time, and I was so pleased. Due to arthritis and fibromyalgia I can no longer clean it myself, and it was in pretty bad shape. Especially the cat hair mingled with dust bunnies, which I call kitty dreadlocks. When I finally humbled myself to ask for help, she very kindly came in and did an excellent job. My stove is shining brighter than when I bought it new! And the old grout in my tiled kitchen counters looks sparkling
clean. I no longer dread walking down the tiled hallway, and my little grandsons no longer stay away cuz Grandma's carpet is furry. Theresa will be a regular at my house from now on. Spending my stimulus check wisely.

Life is short. Go see pretty places and play with your dogs and kids. Laugh and giggle. When it comes to a greasy stove and cleaning it, "Just say NO!" That is self care at its best.
