Important Scheduling Policy Update

To our valued clients,

In order to provide reliable scheduling and consistent service for all of our clients, we are implementing the following policy for recurring cleanings.

If you choose to skip your regularly scheduled cleaning:

Skip 1 scheduled visit: A $25 schedule adjustment fee will be added to your next cleaning.
Skip 2 or more scheduled visits: A $45 schedule adjustment fee will be added to your next cleaning.

When recurring appointments are skipped, it disrupts our scheduling, removes your reserved spot in our cleaning rotation, and often requires additional time and effort to restore your home to its usual standard.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to provide dependable, high-quality service for everyone.

Thank you for choosing Vital Cleaning Service. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to meeting your housekeeping needs.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee. The $100 cancellation fee also applies if a cleaning technician arrives and cannot do the job do to there is no A/C, Electricity or Water.

This policy helps us respect our team’s time and maintain availability for other clients in need of service.

We are seeking professionals with residential house cleaning experience who understand how to clean homes thoroughly, efficiently, and consistently. Experience with move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleanings, and routine residential maintenance cleanings is required.

Please Note: If your cleaning experience is primarily in hotels, caregiving, or nanny positions, this opportunity is not the right fit. We are specifically looking for individuals who are experienced in cleaning residential homes from top to bottom and corner to corner while maintaining high-quality standards.

What We Offer:
💰 Earn $20+ per hour, depending on the scope and duration of each job.
💵 Keep 100% of your tips.
