Excited to announce our newest integration partner: Linxup 🚀

Linxup's GPS fleet tracking and driver safety data now feeds directly into Applause's technician scorecard. Our co-founder and VP of Sales Chris Anderson joined the Voice for Pest podcast to unpack findings from Applause's latest benchmarking report, which analyzed 18,000 data points across 3,000 home service companies.

One standout stat: when we surveyed 500+ field technicians, 39% said customer happiness motivates them more than anything else on the job. Money came in second at 27%.

The takeaway for operators: surfacing customer feedback to techs in real time is one of the most powerful (and underused) levers for performance and retention. It's exactly what Applause is built to do.
