I’m not the owner… I’m the cleaner. 🧼🏡 But I’m going to treat every property like it’s my own.

I clean every property as if I’m the next guest walking through the door. And if I see something simple that needs to be taken care of, like a lightbulb that needs changing, and we have replacements available, I’m more than happy to change it while I’m already there. 💡

Why make the owner call maintenance for something I can easily take care of?

Now, if it’s something electrical or outside of my wheelhouse, like a dishwasher that isn’t working or something I don’t feel comfortable handling, I’m absolutely calling maintenance. I know my limits, and I’m not going to mess with something I shouldn’t.

But here’s the part that means the most to me… ❤️

My ultimate dream is to own one of these properties myself someday.

Right now, I clean other people’s Airbnbs so that one day I can own my own. And with every single cleaning, I’m learning something new.

I’m learning about guests, maintenance, supplies, staging, turnovers, and everything that goes into operating an Airbnb.

So when my day comes to become an owner, I’ll have years of hands-on experience behind me.

I am VERY grateful for this opportunity, and I’m taking every lesson along the way. 🥹❤️
