Cleaner wanted!!!! Strafford county

Looking for a stable, serious, and motivated individual, preferably looking for a long term Career in the Cleaning industry, if not that’s ok too. I have a fast growing cleaning and home Services business and I’m struggling to find long term reliable help. There is room to grow in my business, I offer a number of different services but for right now it’s mostly residential cleans.
I’m willing to train the right individual but would prefer someone with previous professional residential cleaning experience. More-so because this job is not for everyone, and it’s nice to know when someone knows the scope of work and what it entails. Requirements for the job is RELIABILITY, ability to pass a background check, trustworthy, high energy, fast paced, transportation would be nice but if local enough we may be able to work something out.
General hours of operation are Monday- Friday 830-430, nights and weekends may be offered randomly( for projects) but never required. I have a family of my own so I understand and can be flexible with work hours so long as they are consistent weekly. Or if you can only work a set few days a week I may be able to work with that as well. Im also looking for a leader/self starter. ( pay would reflect) someone that may be interested in leading a team in the future, as I’m trying to build a team. Just struggling to find reliable, able bodied, motivated individuals

Starting pay is generally $16- $19/ hr but willing to discuss a higher rate of pay for someone with long term experience. And I’m a firm believer in paying someone fairly based on their abilities so if I start someone at $16 but feel like they should be paid more then I will bump them up,no problem.
