Bats and birds love covered roof areas like this for nesting and roosting, but unfortunately that can mean droppings, mess, and damage to the areas below.

For this property, we installed exclusion netting across the underside of the roof to prevent bats and birds from getting back into their favorite resting spots while keeping the look of the structure as clean as possible.

When wildlife is already present, exclusion has to be done carefully. We make sure the animals are out before completely sealing the area so nothing gets trapped inside.

No nesting. No roosting. No mess below. 🦇🚫

🐝 DOUBLE BEE COLONY REMOVAL!

What started as one bee removal turned into two separate colonies hidden inside this patio roof and brick structure.

Our crew opened the roof, exposed the first colony, and removed the bees and honeycomb. During the process, we discovered a second colony hidden inside the hollow brick support below the patio.

After several hours of work, both colonies were treated and the roof was temporarily weatherproofed until permanent repairs can be completed.

Sometimes you don’t know what’s hiding behind the walls until you open them up! 🐝
