i'm often asked, “What makes Swift Pest different from other pest control companies?”
There are honestly a lot of ways to answer that.
The first thing that comes to mind is our customer service. Our entire team has one goal: to exceed our customers’ expectations and provide the kind of service we’d want at our own homes.
We’re also a small, local company. We don’t have a huge corporate structure to pay for or investors to impress, which allows us to keep our pricing affordable while still providing a thorough service.
But another big difference is simply how much we do at every visit.
In this video, Ricardo shows just some of what goes into a typical Swift Pest service. We don’t believe pest control should mean showing up, spraying around the house for five minutes, and leaving. We take the time to inspect and treat the entire property.
Here’s what’s included with every regular pest control service:
• Base Spray – We apply a 6-foot barrier around your home’s foundation (3 feet up and 3 feet out). This treatment typically stays active for 60–90 days and helps stop pests before they make their way inside.
• Eaves Treatment – We de-web the eaves and exterior of the home and remove accessible wasp nests. This also helps reduce spiders and other pests around upper vents and entry points.
• Yard Treatment – We inspect the front, back, and side yards for pest activity and spot-treat what we find, including ant hills, scorpion burrows, wasp nests, and other problem areas.
• Perimeter Wall Treatment – We treat along the perimeter wall to create another line of defense around your property—not just around the house itself.
• Interior Treatment – Want the inside treated too? Just ask! We can treat the baseboards and other appropriate areas inside your home at no additional charge.
• Warranty – Every regular service is backed by our warranty. If pest activity pops up between scheduled visits, just give us a call and we’ll come back for a re-service at no additional charge.
