I see lots of Agents and investors listing houses for sale and everyday. They will go in and fix it up. New paint, new appliances, some will redue the entire house and yard and they look amazing. Ok so now everything is finished right? You put all this money into making the inside and outside of the house look like brand new. You have a buyer and a closing date set. Now time for all the inspections.
