Kelly's Cleaning advice 101:

Cleaning proficiently, effectively, and quickly....only comes with years of practice...and time learning the best routine/order to go about Cleaning your home.

Finishing earlier than usual does not mean there was less work done, or corners were cut. I clean the same amount each and every time!
It means that I have finally mastered the layout of your home and each time I clean with get shorter in length, most times.

And that comes from mastering the skill and putting in years to be able to complete tasks more quickly than others....and even myself after a time of Cleaning for you!

Although it seems like since I'm using less time that the price should change....which is not the case.

You're paying for the many years it has taken me to get to that level, you're paying for professionalism, honesty, and quality work. Just as with any other occupation. The price does not cut when the job is finished early...in fact, most get a raise!

So please. don't degrade a cleaner for giving you the best they've got, by asking them to cut the price for work done quicker than usual.

I think Im very fair with pricing as it is, in fact, i know i am. So please do not ask to lower my price due to time completed, it does not work that way for most every service related job.

I price based on the job, not the time it takes me to clean! (In most cases, each scenario is different)

I am open, honest and always willing to work with all of my clients. But I cannot and will not, undersell my abilities and years it has taken me to get to this point.

Not evening including the supplies and gas to get to you!

Thie is not aimed at anyone particular, but something that has came up a couple times and I felt the need to clear up.

Thank you to each and every one of my loyal clients, I truly and deeply appreciate you all!!

I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!!
Let me know if you need me to come in and help take the mess off your hands!

I not only do basic/regular/weekly/biweekly and monthly cleanings.

I also do the random jobs you may not like to do!
For example:
*cleaning up after Holiday messes
*Organizing room by room, or at an hourly rate...depending on the depth of the job.
*Flower bed clean ups!
*Indoor flower reporting
*Tend to plants you may have an issue keeping alive!

TOTALLY RANDOM OTHER THINGS I DO:

*I dog/pet sit upon request and can provide references.
* I also do nail trimmings! No matter if they have those easy white nails or the hard black ones.
Also for the sassy puppers...I have a harness that safely holds them suspended so I can safely trim their nails.

This does not only apply to cats and dogs. I can do any! Reptiles, chickens (to include spur removal).

*** I use a combination of electric nail drills, nail clippers for small and large dogs (or cats), and files. I don't just clip and leave. I clip, file with the electric...and smooth them with the hand file!

Basically anything along the lines of cleaning, pets, and plants, lol.
