As a reminder, last-minute cancellations have a substantial effect on the livelihood of housekeepers, especially during holiday seasons. Our income is just as vital to us as it is to others. When we receive short-notice cancellations, it hinders our ability to secure alternative clients or make necessary adjustments to our schedules. Consequently, I will introduce a charge for last-minute cancellations, which will be added to the subsequent service.
