I live in San Tan Valley and services from San Tan Valley, Queencreek, Gilbert, Florence, Gold Canyon to Ahwatukee and everything in-between. Every company, quotes, performs operates, thinks differently, as there's no set industry standard for a basic, deep clean or move in or out. Lets be real no two homes or cleaners are the same many variables to consider. If your not asking a lot of questions lets be honest it's a coin toss if you'll be pleased with the results. just because you can doesn't mean you should. Thru a quick questionnaire and advising which numbers from my flyer to create your cleaning visit I then create a custom price list for you to see price breakdown. This gets us on the same page for expectations and quoting purposes and allows you to clearly understand what you paying for, and remove any services you don't need because
I bring everything needed, offer a handful of pet/ children friendly scents. I book everyone thru year end and booking up quickly but still taking a few reoccurring clients. Got PETS? they gravitate to me💕 when needed I even cater to them during my visit we also build a relationship🐾 Never feel like you need to contain your pet unless you see fit during cleanings. I cater to all types of home lifestyles, work from home, graveyards, out of towner's, stay at home mom/dad's, etc. During my visit I can accommodate any special requests such as skipping rooms until certain time, children naps, keeping quiet during calls. as well as clients who prepare for my visits and clients who need extra tidying up during the visit just let me know, not an issue, I'm here to help you as you need it and how often. Can't be home during the visit? Not a problem. I have many clients who I have access to their home with access, key or permission to accommodate availability/schedule. Payment can be left in a designated area or paid thru Zelle, Venmo or Paypal, also accept cash and check and offer a few different discounts and rate plans based on your needs and home. Check out my highly recommended reviews and dozens of before and after photos. Look forward to helping your home be it's best so you can focus on you and your family, send me a private message let's chat. Andrea
