• Collect newspapers / junk mail / leaflets
• Visually check the overall condition of the condominium / home
• Visually check for stains signs of water leaks; ceilings, windows and doors
• Visually check signs of pest intrusion
• Check windows verify they are closed and locked
• Visually check circuit breakers and reset any that have flipped
• Check for obvious signs of mol
d or mildew build-up
• Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer machine and dryer
• Check refrigerator and freezer adjust settings accordingly
• Reset any clocks if needed
• Flush all toilets and wait until the run is complete
• Check that air conditioning is cooling properly and humidistat / thermostats at owners preferred settings
• Check the settings of room humidifiers service humidifiers if needed
• Visually check for signs of mildew and mold
• Check that pool and landscaping services are being performed satisfactorily
• Reset security system upon departure
Extra Services Include but not limited to:
• Make special inspections following a major storm
• Meet delivery or service companies to allow access to home
• Forward important items delivered to the home as requested by owner
• Start or drive vehicles per owners instructions
• Respond to security systems alarms and any unanticipated events on premises
