Today is one of our teams leads birthday 🎂

Help me wish our girl, Shea McIntyre a happy happy birthday. 🎁

Shea has been beside me scrubbing toilets since the very beginning of Capatasto Cleaning. She is the most loyal, hard working, hilariously fun person to work with. Idk how I got so lucky but I will always be grateful that she picked me and this team. Thank you Shea! Have the happiest birthday! We love you tons!!

🎉 WE’RE ON OUR WAY TO 100! 🎉

Capatasto Cleaning has officially reached 93 ACTIVE RECURRING CLIENTS! 🥹🩵

That means 93 households trust our team to come into their homes week after week or month after month and that is something I will never take for granted!!!

When I started this business, reaching 100 recurring clients felt like one of those goals that I put on my vision board that was a one day not today goal.

And now we’re only SEVEN away!

So we’re celebrating!

🏡 Our 100th recurring client will receive 50% OFF their first recurring clean!

To qualify, you must be a new client booking ongoing weekly or biweekly cleaning service.

If you’ve been thinking about getting on our schedule, now might be the perfect time. 👀

Help us get to 100! 🩵

And to our 93 families who already trust Capatasto Cleaning with your homes—THANK YOU. You are the reason our little cleaning company continues to grow. 🥹🩵

Out of everything I’ve built in this business, I think this might be what I’m most proud of. 🥹💙

I received this message from one of my cleaners and cried.

When I started Capatasto Cleaning, of course I wanted to build a successful business. I wanted happy clients, a full schedule, and a company I could be proud of.

But somewhere along the way, it became about so much more than cleaning houses.

I wanted to create a place where my team actually enjoyed coming to work. Where women supported each other instead of competed with each other. Where everyone felt appreciated, respected, and cared about—not just as employees, but as people. Where I could be the kind of boss I always needed but never got.

We aren’t perfect. We have hard days. We make mistakes. We laugh, we learn, we hold each other accountable, and sometimes we probably drive each other crazy. 😂 But we are a team.

Reading that my girl feels lucky to be part of what we’ve created means more to me than any number on a spreadsheet ever could.

I’m incredibly proud of how much Capatasto Cleaning has grown—but I’m even more proud of WHO we are while we’re growing.

This is the culture I always hoped to create. And seeing my team actually feel it? That’s success to me. 🥹🩵

So proud of my girls. So grateful for this team. And so proud of what we’re building TOGETHER . 🩵✨

✨ Before & After ✨

A clean sink isn’t just about appearances—it’s about creating a fresh, sanitary space where your family prepares meals every day.

This stainless steel sink went from greasy, stained, and dull to clean, polished, and sparkling! 🧽✨

It’s the little details like this that make all the difference. At Capatasto Cleaning, we don’t just clean what you see—we pay attention to the areas that often get overlooked.
