Now Hiring: Rotational Nanny (Live-In, Week On/Week Off)

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced rotational nanny to join a loving family caring for three young children (all under age 5). This is a high-impact, full-time role for someone who is nurturing, organized, and proactive. Ability to jump right in, work independently and operate with little oversight.
Schedule:
• One week on / one week off (Monday–Monday rotation)
• Daily hours: 6:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Live-in during working week preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive, hands-on care for three children under five
• Ensure safety, health, and emotional well-being at all times
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals/snacks
• Support early childhood development through play-based learning and structured activities
• Maintain routines including naps, hygiene, and enrichment
• Assist with light housekeeping (keeping spaces clean, organized, and child-focused)
• Run errands and maintain household inventory (groceries, essentials, etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
• Prior experience with multiple young children (toddlers/preschool/elementary age)
• Strong understanding of child development
• Highly organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable managing a busy household environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check required
