We always tell people there’s a huge difference between carpet that is “not stained” and carpet that is actually CLEAN. Dirt builds up slowly and evenly over time, which makes it hard to notice until you finally get it professionally cleaned. Then suddenly the carpet is brighter, softer, and no longer vaguely crunchy when you walk across it barefoot.

One of the funniest parts of this job is how customers react when they see the dirty recovery water afterward. Every single time someone says “WAIT… that came out of MY carpet?!” 😂 Yes. Yes it did. And honestly this one wasn’t even close to the worst we’ve seen.
