Upon installation of a hood range vent through the roof, we found that 20% of our existing customer attic has black mold forming.
We are currently going to remedy this mold and attack it at its source! Thats phase 1!
Phase 2. We are going to install 2x solar powered attic fans to help keep her attic well ventilated.

One of our customers is having a woodpecker problem at one of their properties in Poulsbo,WA. We are looking at a few options to address this issue, including installing Hardieboard Siding or a net system to keep them from pecking and building a nest in their home.
This has been a year long battle.
No job to small for us!
